Workers Compensation Pennsylvania

Unfortunately, Pennsylvania has one of the worst websites of any state for Worker’s Comp. It is seriously lacking in information for injured workers. If you have a workplace injury and are looking for information on the state website, you will probably be thoroughly confused as very little of any use is given.

The best chance you have is to download the flow chart I linked to at the bottom of the page and then go to your employer and start asking questions. It is always recommended to immediately inform your employer of any workplace injury so you should ask questions at that time.

FAQ’s and Contact Information

The FAQ page on the state website is a good place to get some of your answers. If you have questions that are not answered there, please call 1-800-482-2383 to get the help line.
